I messaged ‘Tramps Against Trump’ and they actually sent me a nude

Desperate times call for nudes – isn’t that the saying?

Recently, an organization called Tramps Against Trump has received international attention because of their unusual incentive to get young people to vote in this year’s election. Their website says if you send them a photo of yourself with some kind of proof you voted for anyone other than Trump, they’ll respond with a picture of a naked human.

After reading about this, I immediately wanted to know if it was real.

I voted in the Florida primary back in February and, although it doesn’t matter who I voted for, they certainly didn’t have a disgusting toupee and the complexion of an overripe carrot. Immediately after performing my civic duty, I sent an obligatory selfie to my mom and everyone else I know with my “I Voted” sticker front and center, to prove how much of an adult I was. The quick pic was fossilized in my photo stream and soon forgotten about – until today.

Although I was a little skeptical about sending a picture of myself to a random Gmail account, my curiosity got the better of me and I pressed “send.” Immediately, I received a receipt from Tramps Against Trump that thanked me for my submission and directed me to their various social media accounts, because they don’t just send nudes, they can also receive them.

Any lad or lady willing to submit their naked pictures to the site can have their bodies strategically censored with the logo of the organization. The best are posted on their social media accounts, which have hundreds of followers and thousands of views.

I wasn’t sure if I expected anything to happen, but I checked my e-mail throughout the day just to see if I got any messages. Around 3pm, I received another reply. Lo and behold, this one included a pair of boobs. The nude I was promised.

I was pleasantly surprised the organization kept up their end of the deal, not because I need another pair of boobs in my life, but because I was impressed with their commitment to get young people to vote, however unusual it may be.

Overall, I was excited that such a cause exists – they got creative and now they are successful. Regardless of their reason for submitting, be it the actual desire for naked bodies outside of a Google search or curiosity like mine, young people are making a difference in the outcome of this year’s election.

Most importantly, more young people are voting now than ever before, and their voices are being heard.
