Woman does amazing thing. Woman gets interviewed for amazing thing. Woman gets asked irrelevant questions that have nothing to do with amazing thing. The rest of us roll our eyes.

But then, she answers with something so iconic that has us saying “you go girl” while we bow down and bask in her glory.

This, everyone, is a lesson in not giving a fuck.

In an interview from 1996 Cher was reminded of saying “A man is not a necessity, a man is a luxury.”

She agreed with two simple words: “Like dessert.”

Jane Pauley goes on to ask if that meant “to sound so bitter?” But Cher honestly answers “my experience with men is great because I pick them because I like them. I don’t need them.”

While on air with Kelly and Michael, Michael asked the country music singer about the first thing she does when she gets out of bed in the morning.

Anyone would expect a classic answer about checking her phone, drinking coffee, or even snoozing the alarm and going back to sleep.

But no. Dolly Parton goes on to say: “I usually get up, put on my clothes, and go home.”

Because Dolly doesn’t give a single fuck and has given every girl’s stride of pride a bit more confidence.

Scarlett Johansson emphasizes that a lady’s underwear is no one’s business

During an interview about the new Avengers movie, host Jerry Penacoli seemed pretty concerned with Scarlett Johansson’s undergarment situation while filming in such a tight suit.

Because that’s obviously super important.

“Since when did people start asking each other in interviews about their underwear?” questions the black widow babe.

Apparently he wasn’t the first one to ask either, but the fifth.

“Because it is such a skin-tight..” stutters Penacoli while co-star Jeremy Renner laughs uncomfortably.

“I’ll leave it up to your imagination, whatever you feel like I should be wearing or not wearing under that costume,” says Scarlett, leaving the host speechless.

He then wonders if that was an inappropriate question to ask.

“To ask someone what kind of underpants they wear?” asks Scarlett.

And then there’s the most iconic answer a woman has possibly ever given. In a radio interview, The Hills star was picking random questions to answer when she came across one asking what her favorite position was.

Shocked for a second at what she read, Lauren wasn’t about to give in to some guys asking about what she does in the bedroom.

Instead she claps back confirming every woman’s favorite position – on top.

“CEO,” she assures.
