For women especially, our it’s-the-weekend-best-friend’s-birthday-took-three-hours-to-contour look is typically the only way to get swipes on Tinder.
But long gone are the days of TOFTB on TFM — Zoe isn’t here to play games.
The 19-year-old Tinder user is breaking the internet with her brutally honest Tinder profile.
She constructed her bio photos to show, in descending order, pretty to…not-so-pretty , and captioned her bio “My photos get uglier if you keep scrolling.”
I think we can all agree that dating apps have become a dumping ground for unrealistic expectations and shitty sexting that leads to a ghost sesh.
Maybe that’s why Zoe decided to go another route, and we commend her.
An Imgur user, justastar, took screenshots and posted her bio, captioning it “Swiped right for humour.” After the post came a slew of commentators reiterating that humorous women are rare gems on Tinder: “Pretty girls with comedy do it for me,” “A sense of humor can be a really attractive quality” and “Date her now! Don’t let the one with an actual personality get away.”
For a girl who opened herself up to a lot of gross fuckboy criticism (at least I would have thought they would have a lot to say), Zoe got right swipes.
Basically, the lesson to be learned here is that guys actually may dig this. Interesting info.
Experts say playful people are more attractive, especially among undergrads, so Zoe knows what’s up.
At the very least, she’s expediting the process of any future boyfriend waking up to an unwashed face, trash breath and triple chin. Like at least you know what you’re getting, bro.
