How the meninists of the internet are chronicling International Women’s Day, in case you were wondering

They’re coping about as well as you’d expect, yeah

I know what you're thinking, International Women's Day would not be complete without less-than-woke men on the internet complaining about that day. It would be like a birthday without presents.

And if you were worried that in 2017 men and women and the internet would be so collectively woke that we're not complaining about it in sexist jokes anymore, then don't fret! They still exist, there's loads of them actually!

First of all, yes, there's the inevitable deluge of men asking when their day is:

It's November 19th by the way, guys. But luckily, there's so much more out there. The internet is a strange beautiful place. And the red-pill Cheezit-fingered losers of the internet are strange, beautiful people.

Observe them in their natural habitat.

This man here has had some sex and thinks it's important that you know what he's been doing with his balls:

Someone's doin' George a confusion and he has no access to Google, only Twitter. It's a hard ol' world:

This man is hungry:

Just a reminder that you might not feel great about yourself now but there are people in this world who use the hashtag "meninist" unironically so you're not that bad:

There's been solid abuse of the caps lock:

But also we're getting some really great, useful advice on the intricacies of the day (read – feminism is OK but being a feminazi isn't, oh and enjoy the day but not too much):

Ah, great, more men making sex jokes:

You know the weirdest thing is that nobody's made a joke about being in the kitchen, which is the like, the most classic sexist joke, and yet there haven't been – oh no wait. There it is:

And 'anti-feminism' Facebook groups have been having an absolute whale of a time:

Have a great day guys.
