Bag of Dicks is a company in the USA that allows you to anonymously send a bag of candy dicks to whoever you want.

Last night they announced that they will be sending bags of dicks to congress for every 1000 retweets. As of now, seven members of congress will get a bag of dicks disguised as a luxury jewelry store gift sent to them.
