BREAKING: Fearless Girl still fearless after man attempts to mark his territory with ‘Pissing Pug’

This weekend, New York artist Alex Gardega installed a statue of a dog pissing on the “Fearless Girl,” yet holds tight to the fact he’s “Not anti-feminist.”

Gardega claims “Fearless girl” is nothing more than a publicity stunt — “Corporate nonsense,” as he explained to the Post.

“It has nothing to do with feminism, and is disrespectful to the artist that made the bull.”

He argues “Charging Bull” had “integrity” before Fearless Girl came along and down-graded it. His intention with “Pissing Pug,” was to, in turn, downgrade the girl.

Arturo Di Modica, the artist responsible for “Charging Bull,” is on record saying he’s not a fan of “Fearless Girl” because he didn’t intend for his statue to be a part of some larger political debate, but he also didn’t make a statue of a pissing dog to put next to it.

Even if you agree with Modica and Gardega, that the “Fearless Girl” is some cog in a larger stream of corporate bs, its symbolism has taken off, inspiring thousands of girls. If you pee on it, you’re anti-feminist.

His statue has since been removed.
