Michael Kors is closing 125 stores, and that’s probably because all of their bags look exactly the fucking same

Michael Kors is closing up to 125 stores this year because their sales are circling the drain.

According to Fortune, sales fell 14.1 percent — and if we’re being honest this is not surprising at all.

Every single bag looks exactly the same, with a slight color or size variation. If you have one $270 bag, why would you buy another one that looks exactly the same?

If you don’t believe me, here’s proof:

The classic tote

The same classic tote with a pocket

The same exact tote with studs instead of a pocket

Same tote but slightly darker with a large fake lock that doesn’t actually lock anything and is just a way to be a brand whore

The same tote but miniature, which you will eventually realize is way too small to be practical

I will admit, I have a small Michael Kors bag, and I’m way too cheap to buy another one. So, I just shove my phone, wallet, keys and way more makeup than necessary into a bulging bag, and fumble like an idiot anytime I have to pay for something.

Sorry, Michael Kors but the younger demographic is more interested in buying vapes with their baby-sitting money, millennial’s think you’re too mainstream and the mom’s already have one of your classic totes.
