Selena Gomez’s new video for ‘Bad Liar’ is so fucking weird in so many ways

Selena Gomez just released a new “film” for ‘Bad Liar’ and even though my head is still spinning from watching it, I’m going to try and dissect it for you.

At first it seems like Selena is a normal high school student, getting shoved around and ignored in the halls. Something we might expect from her in a video after 13 Reasons Why. But that’s when things take a turn.

Suddenly her mom and dad appear, and you realize people are probably making fun of her because her dad is a principle (or something), and her mom is a gym teacher. (By the way, she plays all of these characters).

That’s when we see her dad leaving school, and realize he’s getting into a car with another woman (also played by Selena).

Ah, a mistress? Nope! High school Selena gets home, and it’s revealed that the gym teacher was the mistress all along. The end.

Just kidding, it gets way more fucked up. High school Selena heads upstairs to “study,” aka, think about her high school crush, or so we think.

She pulls out a photo from under her pillow, and it’s revealed to us she and her dad were in love with the same gym teacher all along!

I mean with that head of hair, who can blame her?
