This video of Shia LaBeouf’s drunken arrest is wild, and weirdly similar to Reese Witherspoon’s DUI tape

‘I’m a fucking American, I pay taxes’

Shia LaBeouf is back on his bullshit. Same, but his is worse. Taking time off from punching Nazis and pissing in the ocean, a drunken Shia swung on a stranger who tried to bum a cigarette off him in Georgia.

They fought, the cops were called, and Shia ran back into his hotel. And that’s where things get fun. And patriotic!

In this soon-to-be-iconic video posted by local news station WJCL, Shia starts screaming that he’s “a fucking American” who “pays taxes.” He screams at offers to “get this shit off my fucking arms” and questions why he’s being arrested with a “You got me arrested in my hotel for doing what, sir?”

Amazing, because Reese Witherspoon also made this tooootally valid point in her own DUI arrest video, in which she claims the police officer “doesn’t have jurisdiction over the ground he speaks on” and repeatedly yells that she’s a U.S. citizen.

I guess they both feel comfortable using legal jargon in everyday life! I object!
