Plus-size lines are finally showing at New York Fashion Week
Triple the number of plus-sized models!

Torrid announced they will be the first plus-sized brand to show at New York Fashion Week this September. The retailer is set to present their Spring/Summer 2018 line and hosting the semifinal competitive round of their ‘Face of Torrid’ competition.
According to Bustle, if Torrid brings one model for each of its 40 new looks, it will almost triple the amount of plus-sized models who walked in the 2017 Fashion Week shows. That’s pretty revolutionary.
Torrid designs clothes for women from size 10 to size 30. According to a press release from the company, their upcoming looks will feature “key trends for the upcoming season, including edgy rock ‘n’ roll, romantic boho, hand embroidery and painted elements.”
