He is ordered to pay her $1

The jury in Taylor Swift’s case against DJ David Mueller who groped her during a meet and greet in 2013 has just sided with Swift. Mueller is ordered to pay her $1.

The judge threw David Mueller’s trial on Saturday saying there was no way to prove Swift got him fired.

Closing statements for Swift’s countersuit took place this morning.

Swift, 27, accused Mueller, 55, of groping her during a photo op before a concert in 2013. Mueller was suing Swift for what he asserted was a false accusation that “ruined his reputation,” seeking $3 million on damages. Swift countersued for sexual assault, seeking just $1 in retribution.

Swift and her mother both testified earlier in the trial. With swift calling the alleged assault “horrifying and shocking” in her testimony. She said “He stayed latched on to my bare ass cheek as I moved away from him visibly uncomfortable.”

Today, Swift cried in court as Mueller’s lawyer lifted up the picture, alleging there was no way has hand was on her skin, and saying she didn’t look shocked enough.

Swift countersuit for $1 was a “value of which is immeasurable to all women in this situation,” according to her attorney.
