Happy Game Day! Football player who exposed girl’s breast last year says it’s ok because they had sex
He is trying to overturn his suspension
by Una Dabiero
Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliot says he went on to have sex with the woman whose breast he publicly exposed, arguing the indecent exposure was consensual in a NFL player's union lawsuit against his NFL suspension.
The football player caught major heat earlier this year for pulling down a woman's shirt at a St. Patrick's Day Parade in Dallas, exposing one of her breasts to the entire crowd.
The incident was cited in Elliot's six NFL game suspension, along with domestic violence allegations by his ex-girlfriend, Tiffany Thompson.
According to The Daily Mail, Elliot's attorney has argued since he had a sexual relationship with the woman, the exposure was consensual.
His line of questioning involved inquiries about whether the couple "did a lot of things together," or "had sex" the night of the exposure.
The NFL has not decided whether or not to overturn their decision on Elliot's suspension.
