People think this condom wrapper promotes rape, which sucks because it’s cute

‘Go further without consent’

Cutesy advertising is extremely in right now — mermaids, dolphins, mermaid-dolphins. Kidding, we're saving that one for the next depressing season.

We use emojis as words, and text out SOs things like " ? ? ?? ? ?," instead of just calling and begging for sex like a man.

So it makes sense companies would try to advertise to young, horny teens through the use of images instead of words — there's only so much we're willing to process — but they really missed the mark with this new condom wrapper that's been circulating on college campuses around the U.S.

'Go further without consent'

Shit, that doesn't sound right. Definitely not cutesy at all. Except for that stupid donut in the corner.

Wait. Donut. Do nut?

"Do nut! Go further without consent."

That still doesn't make sense.

Ah. Do not.

"Do not go further without consent."

And by the time he's worked that one out, he's already busted his load 3 times.

Add alcohol into the mix, and . . .

The condoms are sold by Say It With a Condom, which designs customized "consent condoms" in order to "start a conversation about how to ask for consent." This design has since been removed from their online store.

It's shitty because we're all for cute condoms and the intentions here were surely good, but let's not give people like Julian any more of a reason to suck.
