‘Sit on my face’: This cop started sexting a woman 20 minutes after arresting her
‘You’re thick in all the right places’
The woman, Kammie Sifonte, says the 24-year-old cop first sent her a photo of himself in uniform along with the message, “love a woman who could sit on my face."
He allegedly followed up by telling her “I think u look better with the cuffs on,” and adding that he wanted to participate in a “threesome orgy.”
Sifonte says he called her “thick in all the right places,” and she's now suing Santiago, the NYPD and the city for “extreme and outrageous conduct” that she says violated her rights and caused her distress.
He offered to “rub you anywhere you want,” she says, and allegedly told her “You owe me donuts,” adding, “whenever you are free let me know…I get off at 4.”
“I was shocked and confused,” Sifonte told The Post, adding that she never gave him her number, meaning he must have taken it from police paperwork.
Santiago's only defense is that he "regularly flirts with attractive women he arrests." Alriiiight.
The NYPD have declined to comment.
