These teens were arrested for sending Pretty Little Liars-style texts threatening to expose classmates’ secrets

The made an anonymous Snapchat account

Two teenage girls in Ohio were arrested after threatening classmates via an anonymous Snapchat account.

Inspired by Pretty Little Liars, they referred to themselves only as "A" and tried to blackmail other students under threat of "exposing" their secrets to the rest of the school and spreading false rumors about a planned school shooting.

Both teens, ages 14 and 15, been charged in Juvenile Court after taking the threats offline — one scrawled "I'm still gonna shoot up the school. A."

Teens these days are wild. Back when I was in school, we just made fake Gossip Girl Facebook groups like normal kids. Damn.
