Former Glee cast member Mark Salling was found dead Tuesday morning near his home in Los Angeles, according to TMZ.
Salling, who played football jock Puck on Glee's early seasons, was awaiting sentencing after he pled guilty to the possession of child pornography involving prepubescent minors.
Salling was first arrested for possessing child pornography in December 2015, and was charged in May 2016.
He is the second prominent member of the original Glee cast to pass away — the first being Cory Monteith, who died in 2013 from combined alcohol and heroin toxicity.
Authorities are speculating that Salling's cause of death was suicide by hanging.
