Kate Upton accuses Guess co-founder of sexual and emotional harassment

On multiple platforms

The latest in a string of accusations catalyzed by the #MeToo movement comes from actress and model Kate Upton, who has accused Guess co-founder, Paul Marciano, of "sexually and emotionally" harassing women.

Upton posted the accusation on Twitter yesterday, saying "It’s disappointing that such an iconic women’s brand @GUESS is still empowering Paul Marciano as their creative director #metoo."

She then took to Instagram where she posted a screenshot of her tweet, adding, "He shouldn’t be allowed to use his power in the industry to sexually and emotionally harass women."

Other women who say they've worked with him tweeted support

"I worked with him for a few years and was too afraid to say anything, but this is true. SO very true."

"I personally know someone who was affected this way while I was working there. I'm sorry this happened to you as well."

And people are even canceling orders with them

"I just canceled my order with them. Your Tweet definitely made the clothes I picked out feel completely different. On to another brand."

Marciano has since set his Instagram to private.
