Apparently, Tinder thinks women haven't done enough work to grab the attention of men, so they're now rolling out a new Tinder update with a "ladies first" option.
This new paid feature (that's right, you have to pay for this), you can now enable an option that blocks men from messaging first, leaving initiating the conversation up to you. Hmm, where have I heard of that before?
According to Tinder's CEO, Mandy Ginsburg, women don't want the pressure of making the first approach and basically that there's an apparent famine of women-only products. Um, ever heard of Bumble?
I think that if Tinder wants to make an actual improvement to the application, they'll do a complete background check on every single male user (that was a read). I've been on enough dates with verifiable psychos to vouch for that alone.
