With three children of color, we thought maybe she'd chill with the braids and the blackface eventually, but uhm, here were are with her face plastered all over the pages and cover of Vogue India, and a bunch of people are, unsurprisingly, really fucked off about it.
Most people on Twitter are calling her out
'Uhm Kim K for Vogue India? Wearing a lehenga?'
'Y'all seriously couldn't find an INDIAN for the cover?'
'I can't believe Vogue India featured Kim Kardashian on their cover'
'We have so many GORGEOUS Indian women who could be on the cover'
'The fashion industry loves to preach about the importance of diversity but then Vogue India will go put Kim K on its cover'
But a few are actually defending the magazine
It's nothing they haven't done before
In May of 2017, Kendall Jenner, Kim's sister, was featured on the cover of Vogue India as well, and in August of 2016, Kaia Gerber and Cindy Crawford were.
Oh, and Blake Lively in 2015 which really just speaks for itself, among other women, like Sarah Jessica Parker and Jennifer Aniston.
