Everybody knows that celebrities engage in some image-retouching now and then. Photoshop makes it easier than ever for famous people to tweak themselves to absolute, unattainable perfection.

But the latest trend in celebrity photo manipulation is especially troubling, even more so than the Gym Kardashian memes flooding our feeds mere days ago. In the face of a media-wide conspiracy, only one account seems dedicated the uncovering the truth — @shegotsmallhead.

I'm talking about Tiny Heads

Yes, you read that right. There are currently HUNDREDS of pictures online of celebrities with their heads all small and shit. Excuse me? Is this REAL?

I feel like I'm losing my fucking mind here

I thought I was pretty skilled at judging media deception, but frankly, I have no fucking idea anymore. Almost every major celebrity — athletes, musicians, actors and more — is featured in these "small head" pictures, and I honestly don't know what to believe.

I'll admit it, y'all — I'm fucking scared. And I seriously think that you should be too.
