‘He beat me to the point of vomiting’: Trey Songz’s accuser detailed the brutal attack she says left her with a concussion and PTSD

‘He destroyed my phone so I couldn’t call anyone’

Yesterday in court, Andrea Buera detailed her alleged assault by singer Trey Songz, accusing him of attacking her during NBA All-Star Weekend in Los Angeles.

Buera said she's known Trey Songz for three years. On the morning of Feb 17th, 2018, Buera testified that the singer beat her to the point of concussed and vomiting at a party while other people stood.

She said Songz attacked her after she spoke with another man at the party. He began yelling, "choking me, punching me and ultimately he knocked me to the ground," she said.

Though she told friends and family, went to the hospital and filed a police report, no arrest was made.

While she was on the ground, he continued punching her and did not stop until his security guard pulled him off, she told the court. Then, when she called an Uber, she said "he threw both of my phones over the cliff."

"I was crying, terrified, in shock and I just wanted to go home," she said, adding that she'd gone straight to the hospital because he hit her so hard she had a concussion and was throwing up from migraines.

The next day she said she was covered in bruises on her face, body and neck that continued to get darker.

Buera said she often wakes up up in the middle of the night with flashbacks "as it constantly re-plays in my head."

Buera is not the first woman to allege Songz has assaulted her. He has a record of accusations detailing verbal and physical assault, including his signature crime: destroying women’s phones.

Three months ago, a Philadelphia a woman sued Trey for allegedly attacking her outside a strip club. She said when she took a picture of him, he slapped the phone out of her hand and into her face, breaking her glasses.

"Although I am not your first victim, I would like to be your last," Buera said at the end of her statement.
