Only days after announcing his Heartbreak Tour, Chris Brown was spotted in Miami appearing to choke an unidentified young woman. TMZ reports that Chis and the girl were in Miami partying with his friends and say it was just horseplay, so take a look at the pics for yourself:

In the first few photos, Chris has his right hand around the girl's neck and while she appears to pulling away and grabbing his hand.

Brown's lawyer told TMZ: "She's a friend. It's obviously playful as she confirmed."

Although the two admit to this only being a joke, we know Chris has a past with being aggressive towards women. Not to mention all the flashback images of a battered Rihanna — but boys will be boys, right? Fuck you, Chris.
