YouTube hackers took down Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez music videos and replaced them with a violent image

Along with poor Despacito :'(

Earlier this morning, hackers, in an attempt to be funny, took down or altered several music videos on YouTube. They started with 'Despacito,' after it was the first music video to reach 5 billion views. But no one was safe.

Selena Gomez, Shakira, Post Malone, and even Taylor Swift (Trademarked by Taylor Swift, all rights reserved) were victims

Some of the videos' thumbnails were replaced with an image from Netflix's "La Casa de Papel"

The videos have since been restored. But a Twitter account with the same name as one of the hackers mentioned in the corrupted videos has claimed this VICIOUS attack, saying it was just a joke. But think of this children! They just wanted to watch Selena Gomez be weird in a bathtub.

What can I say? There is truly a war being waged on pop culture. Stop this madness!
