Porn stars are the perfect people to give fitness advice. Think about it: They have to be comfortable enough with every inch their bodies because show it off on camera. And they have to be ready to look sexy while doing some intense cardio. Like, I look gross after a 20 minute jog inside the air-conditioned Planet Fitness. Can you imagine my sweaty ass after a long sex shoot? There's no way I have the stamina!

In search of a sexier me, I asked porn stars about their fitness routines. These girls are the definition of body love, so we're sharing their best tips for looking and feeling sexier.

Tasha has been working in the industry for almost a decade. She told babe she works out every day in some capacity, but tries to keep it fun. She takes lots of fitness classes from pilates to boxing to strip aerobics because the instructor keeps her motivated. She also gets a lot of her cardio from hiking and spending time outside.

Tasha told us one of her secrets to burning calories from even casual cardio is working out in the morning on an empty stomach. It started as an accident when she was always running late to morning pilates, but turned into a useful habit.

And science backs her up. According to trainer Kayla Itsines, working out with an empty stomach makes sure "your body is not preoccupied with digesting huge amounts of food, but instead is able to deliver large amounts of oxygen to your muscles and potentially burn more fat."

Tasha doesn't stick to a strict diet, but she is a self-proclaimed hard-core vegan who pays attention to everything she eats. She says cutting out meat and its processing chemicals has helped her stay healthy. And while she treats herself to the occasional vegan treat, she is a fan of intuitive eating. When Tasha notices something bloats her or doesn't feed her energy, she cuts it out.

Her ultimate health tip? Be conscious about everything you put into your body and have fun with your fitness routine. And preferably, your job. Healthy mind, healthy body.

Brett Rossi

Brett has been in the industry for 8 years, but has always been active. She told babe she works out with a personal trainer 3 times a week, and supplements her training with a fitness boot camps. She also rides horses almost daily.

She splits her workouts 50/50 between cardio and strength training. Brett told us only doing cardio keeps her too lean, so lifting weights and gaining muscle is important to her.

Exercise is a natural part of her life, but figuring out a healthy diet took her time. Brett is now a vegetarian, and says she's noticed a big change in her body since she cut out meat. Brett also eats little to no sugar and avoids other processed foods.

She says her diet is her secret to staying fit. For anyone trying to get in shape, clean eating is the key. Not fad diets, not starving, just being conscious of what you're eating and making sure to cut out processed foods.

Other Tips

Aspen Rae tells Fit Day her two tips for getting killer abs. She said, "1: Drink your water!! I drink a gallon of water a day; sounds like a lot, but its keeps off the water retention and makes you glow. 2: Eat lots of small meals throughout the day. I never leave home without my little cooler. You won't catch me without a meal or two in my bag, and a big ole water bottle in my hand."

Joanna Angel says she keeps her fit body with a paleo diet, daily boot camp classes, and one app. She tells Fit Day: "I use an app called Skimble that gives me different workout routines I can do from home and I try to do one of them on any day that I don't do cardio. Even if it's just a 10-minute workout!"

Former porn star Jessie Andrews tells Cosmopolitan she believes in having a fun fitness routine that keeps you engaged and motivated. Her favorite workouts are activities that don't feel like work, like playing dodgeball or hiking. And while she primarily eats healthy, completely cutting bread and milk, she splurges on frozen Justin's milk chocolate peanut butter cups.
