We talked to the couple who managed to make long-distances relationships look incredibly easy and disgustingly cute
I’m not crying, you’re crying!

There are only two certainties in life: death, and the inherent difficulty of long-distance relationships (did you guys know you can just like, not do your taxes?)
It can be hard to keep things fresh and exciting when you're not physically together because you can only watch The Office/each other jerk off over FaceTime so many times before it gets stale.
But one innovative couple wasn't satisfied with the typical LDR fodder, so they made "breakfast" together and he tweeted about it. Spoiler alert: the results are cute as fuck.

Alishia says that she and her boyfriend Jace, who actually posted the photos, have been together for almost four months. They met on Twitter, then met IRL at a party in Tobago. Right now, she's living in Trinidad and he's based in Guam. "Jace had a crush on me for a while," Alishia told babe. "But I didn’t really know him or pay him any mind."
The entire scenario started with a quick text exchange. After Alishia said she was going to make herself pancakes, Jace came up with the concept: "Ayy let's make pancakes & ft so it's like we cooking together then gonna sit & eat that shit together."
Classic breakfast! According Alishia, this was the first time they'd done something like this. "We haven’t cooked together before over FT but we’ve eaten together before," she told babe.
She said they've also helped each other shop, studied together and listened to music together in the digital realm.
Alishia and Jace are extremely happy together despite the distance between them and honestly, I'm feeling pretty fucking inspired. I asked Alishia if she had any advice for other people in long-distance relationships (like meeee), and of course she delivered.
"It’s hard as hell but it’s all worth it," she said. "Communication is key to make it work and so is constant reassurance. Make time for each other. When you know what you’ve got, sacrifice ain’t that hard."
Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go rage-text my boyfriend about why he didn't think of this shit first!

Instagram is one finicky little bitch. Sometimes I see my best friends' posts from seconds ago at the top of the feed, and other times I'll be bombarded with pictures from my long lost cousins' daughter's dog's Finsta from 2008. But one thing IG's always good for is stalking TF out of that boy from…
