We spoke to the woman Teka$hi 6ix9ine slept with while she was underage

An 18-year-old woman told babe that at age 17, she had an ongoing sexual relationship with Brooklyn-based rapper Teka$shi 6ix9ine.

"He keeps lying to Instagram and lying to all his fans and stuff," Martha Gold, now 18, told babe. "I'm not tryna put him in jail or anything, but he has to learn to stay in his lane."

Gold said she and 6ix9ine met before he was famous, first hooking up in Los Angeles, California where the legal age of consent is 18. This isn't the first time that 6ix9ine has run into issues with underage girls; a 2016 count of possessing a sexual performance by a child has tainted his reputation ever since.

Gold and 6ix9ine first linked up after the rapper, real name Daniel Hernandez, slid into Gold's Instagram DMs. She said they chatted for a few days before they met up in LA where he planned to meet former collaborator Trippie Redd. Before they met, Gold asked him how old he was. He told her he was 20, then asked her age.

"I said I just turned 17. And he was like, 'Oh, okay,'" she said. "So we stopped talking for a few hours, and then he texted me back and he's like, 'FaceTime me, are you down to link?'"

Gold said the pair first met in person on March 27, 2017. babe has seen verification that the two were together on that date, and that Gold was 17 at the time.

"Basically we went to go eat and his friends were there and whatnot," Gold said. "But one thing led to another and it was just like…before you know it, it just happened."

Gold said she and 6ix9ine saw each other frequently in-person over the course of around a month, and they continued to talk over the phone and on Snapchat until February of this year. Gold estimates they had sexual contact with each other around 6 or 7 times throughout the course of their relationship.

She said they often spent time with 6ix9ine's friends. When they'd ask her age, she answered honestly, repeating that she was 17 years old. "He wouldn't say anything, and they'd be like oh, shit…" Gold said.

This isn't the first time that 6ix9ine has been associated with underage girls. Two of his former collaborators, Trippie Redd and Zillakami, severed ties with the rapper and publicly accused him of being a pedophile.

The accusations stemmed from a guilty plea 6ix9ine entered in February 2016, a felony charge of possessing a sexual performance by a child after he filmed and posted a video of friends groping and having sexual contact with a 13-year-old girl in Febraury 2015. 6ix9ine was 17 at the time of the filming, and 18 when he pled guilty.

Rumors of pedophilia have plagued the rapper, and he's gone great lengths to deny them in interviews with media personalities like Charlamagne tha God and DJ Akademiks.

Gold went public with her account earlier this week and posted several videos on her Instagram account featuring herself and Teka$hi 6ix9ine.

She told babe she doesn't know about any other underage women the rapper had relationships with, but that she doesn't doubt the nature of theirs.

"I can say that he did like me," Gold said. "It'd be dumb to say that he didn't like me if he FaceTimed me and called me almost 24 hours a day, almost every day. Like, even when he was in New York, he would FaceTime me when he was in the gym. It's just things like that."

We reached out to 6ix9ine and his management team for comment, but have yet to receive a response.
