Harvey Weinstein pleads not guilty to rape and criminal sex acts

He is currently out on a $1 million bail

This morning in New York City, Harvey Weinstein pled not guilty to two charges of rape and one charge of a criminal sex act.

The disgraced Hollywood studio head was indicted on the charges last week. He turned himself in to New York Police Department on May 25, but posted a $1 million bail.

This legal process follows last fall's bombshell reports by The New York Times and New Yorker that Weinstein assaulted nearly 100 women.
