Way too many high schools are stuck with a 1950s mentality when it comes to dress codes. School administrators have banned girls from showing their shoulders, saying they're "too distracting" for boys. They've banned bra straps from showing, they've banned leggings, ripped jeans, and long-sleeved t-shirt dresses. Four high schoolers in Arizona were arrested this week a dispute about being able to wear bandannas.
