At long last, after multiple heroic efforts from grifters and con artists across the world, I present you the King of Scam — a conniving fishmonger from Kuwait who scammed thousands of innocent people with an incredibly elaborate and convincing hoax.

This absolute genius tricked nearly every single person in the country into thinking that he was selling the freshest fish in the market. And I mean, who wouldn't believe him? His fish had this certain…look about them that set them apart from the rest. I can't quiiiite put my finger on it though, can you?
