Mac Miller dead at 26
RIP
Mac Miller has passed away from an overdose, according to TMZ. Cops confirmed he died at home in Los Angeles just hours ago. He had struggled with substance abuse after breaking up with Ariana Grande, and crashed his car in a DUI incident back in May.
TMZ said that according to Law enforcement, Mac was found Friday at around noon at his San Fernando Valley home and was pronounced dead at the scene. A male friend called 911 from his home.
His substance abuse was believed to be part of the reason why he split from Ariana Grande and soon after their break up she tweeted: "Pls take care of yourself" and showed concern about his addiction.
He was recently profiled in Vulture and talked about his struggles over the past year, but insisted he wasn't depressed.
Miller, whose hits included Senior Skip Day and Ladders, died aged 26. RIP.
