Cardi B was just arrested and charged for ordering an attack on two strip club employees

Today, Cardi B turned herself into the police for allegedly ordering an attack on two sisters who work as bartenders at a strip club in New York, Jade and Baddie Gi. Apparently, Cardi has long-standing beef with Jade because Cardi believes that she slept with her husband Offset.

According to TMZ, Cardi started targeting Jade for abuse and harassment earlier this year. Jade claims that Cardi has repeatedly threatened her with violence on Instagram, claiming that she slept with Offset. And in June, Jade and Baddie said they came face-to-face with Cardi at a hotel in Atlanta. During this encounter, Jade said Cardi again accused her of sleeping with Offset and threatened them with physical harm. For her part, Jade denies sleeping with Offset.

On August 15, Jade says that she was warned that Cardi had ordered her to be beaten. Later that night when she was working at Angels Strip Club, Jade said she was viciously attacked by five people associated with Cardi. According to TMZ, Cardi's associates grabbed her hair, punched her, and hit her with an ashtray, causing serious damage.

But this wasn't the last time that Cardi ordered an attack on Jade. On August 29, Jade and Baddie said they were attacked by Cardi's posse at Angels Strip Club. According to TMZ, Cardi ordered her posse to throw bottles and chairs at the sisters, resulting in serious injuries that required medical attention. They claim that Cardi threw at least one of the bottles at them, and also yelled, "I'm blood, I'll fuck you bitches up!"

This shocking allegation of violence comes in the wake of Cardi B's infamous fight with Nicki Minaj at New York Fashion Week, which had been documented and widely shared on social media. While that fight was reportedly about something else — Cardi accused Nicki of saying hurtful things about her daughter — Nicki alluded to Cardi's attack of Jade and Baddie in an interview on September 10.

"You getting girls beat up because of what your man's doing?" Nicki said around 19 minutes into this episode. “Who are you angry at, sweetheart? You got these women crying and scared to leave their house.”

She added, “I have no beef with Offset, but I have to be a voice for these women. This is not about Offset. There are women out here running hurt, running wild. There’s a reason why she’s doing these things.”

Look, it doesn't matter which side in the Cardi B vs. Nicki Minaj feud you're on. We should all agree that it's misogynistic and completely backwards to get mad at the "other woman" instead of bringing it up with the man who cheated on you. At the end of the day, HE was the one who made the conscious decision to cheat on you and violate the contract of monogamy that he had agreed upon with you.

And this may be a tough pill for you to swallow, but the other woman truly has nothing to do with it. I don't care how scantily dressed she was, how flirtatious she was, or even if she straight up got naked and told your boyfriend to have sex with her. He is an autonomous grown ass adult and he is perfectly capable of exercising self-control. Why are we constantly holding women responsible for the choices that men make? Nobody told Offset to cheat on Cardi except for Offset himself!

And how smug he must feel amidst all this drama. He gets to have his cake and eat it, too. He got to marry Cardi AND sleep with another girl AND face no repercussions whatsoever while the other girl gets punched out and hit over the head with a bottle. It's time to cut the crap and hold men accountable for their actions.
