‘If I can’t unsee this then you can’t either’
Former Playboy Playmate, Dani Mathers, was arrested last July when she took a picture at an LA Fitness, mocking an elderly woman’s physique.
She secretly snapped the photo and posted it online.
“If I can’t unsee this then you can’t either,” she wrote on Snapchat, along with the image of the 71-year-old woman. Mathers was banned from LA Fitness following the social media post. The internet immediately turned on her.
Last November she was charged with invasion of privacy, and today she was sentenced. It was reported in November that if convicted, she would face up to six months in jail.
Mathers originally pleaded not guilty, issuing an apology in July that is no longer available on Twitter. She claims the Snap was meant to be private.
Today, Mathers was sentenced to three years of probation and 30 days of community service cleaning up graffiti.
She’s also banned from all LA Fitness locations.
