Hillary Clinton is holding nothing back in her new memoir about the 2016 election

She’s ready to literarily drag Trump

Hillary Clinton is set to release a memoir about the 2016 election this September. Self-described as “letting her guard down”, the book supposedly chronicles the campaign, her relationship with her opponent, her loss and the immediate aftermath.

Publisher Simon & Schuster issued this preview on their website:

“For the first time, Hillary Rodham Clinton reveals what she was thinking and feeling during one of the most controversial and unpredictable presidential elections in history. Now free from the constraints of running, Hillary takes you inside the intense personal experience of becoming the first woman nominated for president by a major party in an election marked by rage, sexism, exhilarating highs and infuriating lows, stranger-than-fiction twists, Russian interference, and an opponent who broke all the rules.

In these pages, she describes what it was like to run against Donald Trump, the mistakes she made, how she has coped with a shocking and devastating loss, and how she found the strength to pick herself back up afterward.”

Unsurprisingly, Clinton’s critics are having a field day online with the topic and title.

I’m praying she comes for Trump’s scalp with the kind of brutal drags and receipt-pulling normally reserved for Word Star videos and Real Housewives reunions, but it’s probably going to be — like Hillary’s policies — somewhere in the middle. Gotta stay positive so she can run in 2020, right?
