The only people shocked about why Rihanna’s lines are all called ‘Fenty’ are white

As a delegate for the whites, I would just like to point out, all of the people “confused on Twitter” over the fact Rihanna names all of her lines “Fenty” — Fenty Puma, Fenty Beauty — are white. Just like me. I cannot be exempt from my sins.

It all began when one user expressed distress over the “made-up word” Rihanna had decided to monopolize for all of her brands.

And since Rihanna’s birth certificate definitely says “Rihanna” and nothing else, it makes sense. Why stress our simple minds with details? We’re, obviously, easily contented.

Many who were fans of Rih’s before it was cool, know her birth name is Robyn Rihanna Fenty

Her lines are just named after her — kind of like Barneys, or Dolce & Gabbana, but less crappy and old money.

And Twitter users are noticing a trend

We’re all white.

At least they’re going light on us

And most have already moved on to jokes about ‘Robyn Fenty’

Or maybe we’re just behind on that, too.

But feel free to raise your hand if you’re disappointed in me and the rest of white Twitter

We don’t deserve her.
