The presence of alcohol in sexual assault cases, specifically giving consent while drunk, has become more and more prevalent. Some call it a “blurred line,” lawyers use the term “buyer’s remorse,” while others believe consent cannot be given while intoxicated, no matter the circumstance.

Every state has its own definition of consent, if any at all, regarding alcohol. Do you know yours?
