Let's be honest: we all want to look like a model. But mix a model with a Kardashian-Jenner, and you have the ultimate dream fodder. I would basically cut my left arm off to look like Kendall Jenner, but that's not necessarily practical. So, I had to come up with another solution. Here's how to get a Kendall Jenner body — you can thank me later.
Kendall has a personal trainer, who creates a workout regimen to match her needs.
She is obsessed with ab workouts and other forms of weight training, which she completes with her personal trainer. For cardio, she sometimes takes kickboxing classes or goes on quick jogs.
Kendall also has a viral, at-home workout. She says it only takes 11 minutes and she does it whenever she can't make it to the gym. Basically, keeping a regular fitness schedule with a combination of muscle toning and cardio (and her at-home workout) will help you get Kendall's look.
Kendall has a notoriously simple diet
Khloe has said Kendall is her go-to girl for a cheat day. She apparently loves In-and-Out, pizza, and pasta. But she also eats lots of healthy meals. Lean proteins, vegetables, fruits, and brown rice are her must-haves.
Kendall doesn't restrict her diet as much as some of her sisters, and tries to eat food she enjoys. Beyond eating in moderation, she also credits her natural glow to drinking lots of water and tea. She's 5'10" and a perfect 32-24-34.
But remember, Kendall is naturally tall and thin
She can eat in moderation and do casual workouts and still look that good. Don't beat yourself up if you can't. Find a fitness routine that works for you and dedicate yourself to it. And remember, you can always look a little more like a Kardashian-Jenner by buying some Yeezys and a Kylie Lip Kit.
